Our AI achieves high accuracy for well-formatted resumes. However, we always recommend reviewing extracted data to ensure accuracy. You can easily edit any information that wasn't captured correctly. Resumes with unusual formatting or graphics may have lower extraction accuracy.

Absolutely! You have full control over your career profile. You can edit, add, or delete any extracted information including work experience, skills, education, and certifications. Go to Career Profile in the sidebar to manage your data.

ATS (Applicant Tracking System) optimization ensures your resume can be properly parsed by the software companies use to screen applications. Our generated resumes use ATS-friendly formatting, include relevant keywords from job descriptions, and avoid elements that can cause parsing issues.

Skill Discovery is an AI-powered interview that asks you personalized questions based on your experience. By answering 8 questions, the AI identifies skills you may have overlooked or not explicitly listed on your resume. You can accept or reject suggested skills, and accepted skills are added to your profile.

Currently, Resumello maintains one career profile per account. If you upload a new resume, it will update your existing profile. We recommend keeping one comprehensive profile and using our AI to generate tailored resumes for each job application.

We offer several professional templates including Modern, Classic, and more. Each template is designed to be ATS-friendly while looking professional. You can preview templates before selecting one for your resume generation.

You can add jobs two ways: 1) Paste a job posting URL and our AI will extract the details automatically, or 2) Enter job information manually. The URL method supports most major job boards including LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse, Lever, and many more.

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your Subscription settings page. After cancellation, you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
