What does the 14-day free trial include?
The free trial gives you 14 days to explore Resumello with 5 AI-generated resumes, 5 cover letters, and full job application tracking. After 14 days you continue on the Standard plan at $14.99/month. Cancel anytime before then and you won't be charged.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription anytime from Settings → Subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period, and there are no cancellation fees.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your career profile, saved jobs, and previously generated documents are all preserved. You simply won't be able to generate new resumes beyond your plan's monthly limit until you upgrade again. Nothing is deleted.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you're unhappy with Resumello, contact us within 14 days of your charge and we'll work with you to make it right.
